This is Yamato-kun (7), who lives in Chiba and has a mild intellectual disability and ADHD.

Yamato-kun exudes kindness from every part of him and has an even kinder heart than his appearance suggests. He loves his 2-year-younger sister, and the two are always playing together. When his sister cries, Yamato-kun cries too, and vice versa.
