This is Ryosuke-kun, who lives in the Southern Kanto region. He has Soto syndrome, severe intellectual disabilities, and physical disabilities.

Ryosuke-kun loves tricycles, but instead of riding them, he prefers to kick with his feet to move forward. Watching him skillfully use both feet to push the ground with each step is truly heartwarming.
