[Limited to 2 Companies] We are seeking companies to participate in a trial diversity training program where employees broaden their perspectives by engaging with children with disabilities

Introduction

My name is Miki Uchiki from Hana Hiraku Co., Ltd., and I manage Colorful Models, a team of child models with disabilities. We are currently seeking companies interested in trial participation in our diversity training program, which focuses on broadening perspectives through interaction with children with disabilities.

In recent years, the demand for diversity training in corporate settings has steadily increased. However, most programs focus on theoretical learning in a classroom setting. True understanding of diversity, we believe, comes from direct communication and interaction with people who are different from ourselves.

To address this, we have developed a training program where participants spend a day with children with disabilities and their parents. This program provides an opportunity to experience the “extraordinary” reality of disabilities, broadening perspectives and fostering compassionate individuals who can embrace differences.

As this program is still in its early stages, we are offering a trial version. We invite two companies to participate free of charge. In return, we kindly request your permission to use your company name, photos, and feedback as part of our program portfolio. Additionally, we may ask for your cooperation in media interviews if they occur. (The free trial opportunity will close once two companies have been selected.)

We look forward to hearing from you.
